Guests can enjoy a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and milk, along with a kettle, crockery, and cutlery with complimentary tea and coffee sachets. The ensuite bathroom boasts twin sinks, a spa bath with a rain shower, toilet, mirror, and basin, complete with hand soap, hair and body wash. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.

A small private balcony with views of the seaside is available, along with complimentary goodies and thoughtful touches. The mini fridge is stocked.

There are 3 steps to enter the building, followed by another 19 steps to the apartment located on the second floor. For guests with mobility issues, please reach out. CCTV cameras are installed in communal areas to enhance guest safety and ensure the overall security of the building. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to key safe £200+VAT. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
