The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, and essential cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, with plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats provided.

On-street parking is available for guests via a Pay-by-phone app. Early check-in and cot hire are available as extras.

Perfectly positioned close to Brighton's famous attractions, independent cafés, restaurants, and excellent transport links, this apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. Located on Madeira Place, you'll be just moments from Brighton's world-famous seafront, Brighton Palace Pier, the beach, and the city's vibrant promenade. Nearby, The Lanes and North Laine offer an excellent choice of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and entertainment. Brighton Railway Station and excellent public transport links provide easy access across the city and beyond.

This accommodation is on the first floor and has 4 stairs to the entrance door. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Late check-out may incur a fee of £50+VAT per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer are provided for guests to use.
