Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a king-size bed, bedside tables, drawers, a flat-screen TV, and a bathtub, along with a separate en-suite shower room. Outside, an enclosed rear yard provides a private patio dining and seating area.

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle and free on-street parking is also available at the front of the property and nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay per reservation.

The village of Seamer is located on the edge of Scarborough, just a 15-minute drive from the town center.
