If you are interested in applying for the property, an application form can be requested when in attendance of the viewing.

Once the application has been completed and the required documentation (proof of identification, proof of income and proof of residence) has been returned to us, we will then conduct the relevant application checks and referencing.

Our application checks include: Right to Rent, Employment, Previous Landlord, Credit and Guarantor Checks (if applicable).

If your application is successful, we will require a holding deposit (equivalent to one week’s rent).

When signing the tenancy agreement, you are then required to pay the first month’s rent (your holding deposit will be offset against this) and a security deposit, usually the equivalent of 5 week’s advertised rent and at this point we will hand over the keys.
