The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and ample cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery for easy home-cooked meals. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are provided. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. The sociable and light living room is set up with a Smart TV and two sofa beds. Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.

A separate outdoor laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, offering space to store bikes or luggage. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with garden furniture. Private off-street parking is available for 1 vehicle. A travel cot or high chair is available upon request for a fee of £50.00.

Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
