If cigarette smoke or similar odours are detected, guests will be liable for the cost of professional upholstery and fabric cleaning. Pets are not permitted. Parties or any sort of gatherings are not allowed. Guests are fully responsible for the keys provided; lost keys, lockouts, or any situation requiring a locksmith or other assistance will result in charges to cover the full cost. Guests agree that a fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations, including property damage, unauthorised guests, or significant disturbances.
