There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, illegal activity, undeclared visitors, nuisance behavior, and business activity. Guests found to be engaging in these activities will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. A refundable damage deposit is pre-authorized one day before check-in and released three days after inspection. Guests are required to communicate their expected arrival time in advance. Guests are expected to take care of the apartment and its contents, and any damage or missing items will be deducted from the deposit. Furniture is not to be moved within the apartment. If additional undeclared guests are found or if a key set is lost, there will be a charge to change the locks and key set. Guests that have not agreed a late check-out will incur a charge for every 10 minutes that housekeeping staff is delayed after 10:00 am. Please run the dishwasher and take the rubbish and recycling out before check-out. Specialist cleaning fees may apply for stains or if excessive time is needed to return the apartment to its previous state. A charge will apply for specialist cleaning if the apartment is left in an exceptionally bad condition or if smoking is believed to have taken place.
