As this flat is centrally located in the city centre, some evening noise is to be expected, especially on weekends. Complimentary earplugs are provided for guests who may need them. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. There is a £1000 fine for smoking indoors. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place, and any sign of parties or loud music will trigger these systems, leading to instant removal without refund. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. Early check-in is available for £20 per hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 am) is £20 per hour. A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 or a non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 is required.
