There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the property, with a £1000 fine for any detected smoking. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Early check-in is available for £20 per half hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out is available for £20 per half hour after 10 am. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form, agree to terms and conditions, and provide a valid UK photo id or passport.
