This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. A late check-out fee of £50+VAT per half hour applies unless agreed upon in advance. A fee of £200+VAT will be charged for not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces suggesting smoking, or vaping is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Check-out is by 11 am; unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
