They spend most of their time at work and rarely use the kitchen, so there are no long cooking sessions or queues. Everyone values a calm, tidy home, and there are no parties or late-night noise.
We are looking for a tenant who:
Works full-time.
Is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
Enjoys a quiet home environment.
Is a non-smoker.
Will fit well with the peaceful atmosphere of the house.
The room will be available from 26 July. A two-week deposit is required.
