The fully equipped kitchenette includes an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, glassware, crockery, pots, and pans. The space sleeps up to 4 guests, with a dining table seating all guests, a separate bedroom area with a double bed, and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. All linen, bedding, and towels are provided.

Free parking is available nearby, though not suitable for larger vans over 1.95m in height, and a travel cot or high chair can be provided on request for a fee of £50.00. A £95 pet fee applies per stay.

The mezzanine sleeping area is accessed by steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Failure to return keys to the key safe on check out will result in a £200 fee. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
