Free parking is available nearby, a 10-minute walk to the apartment, though not suitable for larger vans over 1.95m in height, and a travel cot or high chair can be provided for a fee of £50.00 upon request.

Set within the Marina, this property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour unless agreed in advance. Failure to return keys to the key safe on check out will incur a £200+vat fee. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
