Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 9 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or near open windows; guests will be liable for the cost of professional upholstery and fabric cleaning if odors are detected. Pets are not permitted. Guests are fully responsible for the keys provided; lost keys or lockouts will result in charges to cover the full cost. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Late check-in may incur a fee and is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior agreement is £50 per hour or fraction thereof. A fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for house rule violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances. Guests must provide a photo of an official id prior to arrival or at check-in. Standard cleaning at check-out is included, but extra cleaning due to dirty dishes, unreasonable mess, or excess rubbish may incur additional charges.
