A penalty fee will be charged if the property is found left unsecured during your stay or at check-out. A fee will also apply if keys are misplaced or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. The owner's belongings are located in the right-hand side of the wardrobe in the bedroom; please refrain from using or touching them. In addition, a security deposit is required for your stay. Our partner will contact you prior to your arrival to securely collect your credit card details. A £350 hold will be placed on your card 2 days before your check‐out date. This is a standard security deposit to cover any potential damages, stains, repairs, or replacements needed after the stay. The hold will be released after check‐out, provided no issues are found. It may reflect to your account within the next 3-5 working business days, depending on your bank services.
