A residents parking permit can be applied for for the building although there is a waiting list of a few months for this. There is free parking on the street in the local area and I have never had to park more than a few minutes walk away.
The building itself is a stunning 1930's landmark building with a beautiful outlook over the sea. It has two large communal roof terraces with panoramic sea views (although the view from the apartments balcony is so good you likely wouldn't use them!). It comes with a concierge and residents lounge with snooker table.
