There is a good size dining table.
The bathroom is a good size with a simple clean white finish, a full size bath/ shower.
The double bedroom is nicely decorated with a wardrobe, drawers and a pretty chair in the corner (3.4m x 3.5m).
There is a tidy shared garden to the rear, that is looked after by a gardener.
All this is comfortably suited to a couple or small family.
Location
It is super safe and quiet. You'll have an enviable location close to Richmond Park, Ham Common Woods, Ham Common and the River. It is within easy distance of Kingston and Richmond leaving you spoilt for choice for shopping options as well our local Ham high street. The Market in Kingston has gained a great reputation and is particularly special at Christmas time.
Transport
Bus. 3min to Stop 'Wingfield rd' 371 bus to/from Kingston/Richmond.
Norbiton Rail Station 5min by car, 7min by bicycle 10min by bus. Regular trains taking 22 minutes to Vauxhall which is on the Victoria Line. A few mins more to London Waterloo.
Richmond Rail Station is 10min by car, 15 by bicycle (you can chose a lovely ride through Richmond park or along the river), Regular trains taking 14 min to Vauxhall which is on the Victoria Line. A few mins more to London Waterloo.
Heathrow Airport 20-30 min by car.
