We have just joined an environmental charity and so am hoping to rent out large front bedroom for 6-months to a year to the right person depending on your situation. The house is right next to Nunhead train station (30 seconds walk) and 7-8 minutes walk to Nunhead green, Telegraph Hill and Nunhead Cemetery . Its nicely done up, with a good size lounge and kitchen dining area. And there is a cute garden out back as well. The bathroom was renovated recently. You'd be sharing the house with a live-in landlord. We looking for someone considerate and kind, who is pretty chilled out and will treat the house like a home. Good sense of humour is always welcome as well! Needs to also be ok with a cute dog as we are hoping to get one in the near future! Oh and we are vegetarian and would prefer not to have meat in the house. We are happy to provide a reference from the previous lodger who is heading back to Canada!
