About the landlord
I appreciate that this is an odd heading, but I think it is actually very useful for a tenant to know what sort of landlord they will have. I have been a landlord for over 30 years and have three properties. It is my character to be fair, honest and decent. I have had many brilliant tenants over the years and only 1 that was not good. I believe that if you provide top quality accommodation and service, then you build loyalty and trust with your tenants and in return they take great care of the property and remain respectful neighbour's rights to enjoy their homes without noise and disturbance.
