As you enter the building’s communal area, the stairs straight ahead leads to the apartment following the corridor around to the side wing of the building. Stepping inside the apartment, the bathroom is straight forward containing w.c, basin and shower cubicle. There is a storage cupboard to the right and the living area to the left.

The open plan living space contains a fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob and under counter fridge freezer with washing machine, a two seater sofa, double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and coffee table.

There are internal rubbish chutes on each floor by the central staircase for your general waste to be disposed.

There are ongoing works within the communal areas with the low monthly rental amount reflecting this. Windows will stay as they are throughout the building and cannot be replaced due to the building being in a conservation area. The building management are working on getting these changed but will be a lengthy process. This is out of the landlord's control.
