A Beautifully Designed Two-Bedroom Home at Butleigh Fields
Set within the stunning Butleigh Fields development, this beautifully designed two-bedroom semi-detached home combines considered modern living with the timeless character and setting that makes this such a special place to call home.
From the moment you step inside, the generous entrance lobby creates a wonderfully practical transition into the home. There is plenty of space for coats, shoes, muddy boots, the family dog and everyday shopping, while keeping this functional area separate from the main living spaces.
From the lobby, the home opens into a beautifully appointed kitchen and dining area. The L-shaped kitchen has been designed to make the most of the space, creating a sociable setting for cooking, dining and entertaining. A practical WC and useful storage area sit conveniently alongside the kitchen, with additional space for the home's essential services, including the hot water cylinder.
At the rear of the property, the generous living room provides a more relaxed space to unwind, with large sliding doors opening directly onto the garden. The enclosed private garden will be finished with a patio and topsoil, providing a blank canvas for its new owners to create their own outdoor space, whether that's a place for morning coffee, summer entertaining or somewhere for the dog to enjoy.
Upstairs, the central landing leads to a generous family bathroom, complete with a bath and shower over.
The principal bedroom sits to the rear of the home and benefits from a large window overlooking the garden, creating a light and peaceful bedroom. A fitted hinged wardrobe provides valuable built-in storage.
The second bedroom is another comfortable double, positioned at the front of the house and benefiting from two windows that bring in plenty of natural light. A separate storage cupboard on the landing provides further useful space.
Designed for Modern Living
Heating is provided by an air source heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators upstairs. Provision is also included for electric vehicle charging, supporting modern, energy-conscious living.
The home also benefits from two private parking spaces, conveniently positioned for everyday living.

We're here to help
We understand that the First Homes criteria can feel a little complicated, particularly when you're trying to work out whether you qualify.
