Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home/property?

What we’ve loved most about the property is its combination of exceptional location, comfort and community. It’s a fantastic Zone 1 location, with just a five-minute walk to Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park, with Clapham Old Town, Chelsea, Sloane Square and Clapham Junction all within easy reach. There is an excellent selection of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and gyms right on the doorstep and we’ve gotten to know the owners well over the years. The apartment itself has also been a pleasure to live in, being very low maintenance with no issues or repairs required in our time there, and complemented by friendly neighbours and a welcoming community.

Why are you selling?
We’ve recently welcomed a new baby and, as our family has grown, we’re now looking for a little more space. We’ve genuinely loved living here and this is very much a move driven by the next chapter for our family rather than a desire to leave the area.

What do you love about the area?
We think Battersea offers one of the best combinations of lifestyle and connectivity anywhere in central London. There’s an incredible amount on your doorstep, while still having Battersea Park and plenty of green space nearby. The transport links are fantastic too, with Battersea Park station reaching Victoria in around five minutes, Queenstown Road connecting to Waterloo in around ten minutes and the Northern Line at Battersea Power Station giving easy access across all of London. Brilliant local spots like Mahali Bakery, Nostos, San Gennaro, Boqueria and the Masons Arms mean it’s a really easy place to enjoy both London life and a great neighbourhood feel.
