“One of our favourite places has to be our garden. It’s such a social space and we really try to make the most of it. We have an outdoor bar, if you look closely in there you’ll see a sign that says ‘Best Neighbour’ which was given to us.”
This immaculately presented three-bedroom home offers flexible space and a layout that’s perfect for family life.
As soon as you step inside it feels well looked after and cared for. With fresh walls, lvt flooring and an understairs storage cupboard to keep those things you need close by but tidied away.
On the right you’ll find the living area. Beautifully presented with a feature fireplace and lots of light. Immediately it feels welcoming and comfortable. We can see lots of time being spent here, whether that's huddled with the family watching a Sunday classic or unwinding at the end of a long day.
Carry on straight through to one of the current owners favourite spots, the kitchen-dining area. With quartz worktops, high-end internal storage cupboards, and space for a dining table, it's no wonder it's the heart of the home.
The doors from the lounge to kitchen have parliament hinges, meaning you can keep them open in the Summer and closed in the Winter for some added warmth.
Easy access to the garden and a downstairs loo keeps things nice and practical.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all of which have the bonus of their own built-in storage meaning no arguing over hanger space. Two are proper doubles, presented to a high standard and ready to be moved straight in to. The master room has the bonus of its own ensuite with a standalone shower. Busy mornings are made simpler here.
A family bathroom is spacious with a good sized window that allows for plenty of natural light. The shower over the bath means there’s something to satisfy every fancy. Whatever your mood, whatever the day, it works.
Let’s talk about what makes this one our pick of the bunch. The fully landscaped rear garden.
With so much going for it, we’re taking notes for ourselves.. It’s south-west facing to catch the sun all day long and make the most of the summer months. The decking throughout and pergola makes it hard not to want to dine alfresco, even in the rain. And with a fully functioning outdoor bar, we can’t think of a better place to host and entertain.
There’s a garage and allocated parking for stress-free arrivals home.
In terms of location, you’re in the right place. There’s plenty of walking routes nearby and a bus stop to the town centre with good service at the end of the road. The Orbital Shopping centre, Orchard Vale Primary School and The Blunsdon Arms pub are all a short walk away.
A lovely home with so much to offer. This one's a peach.
