If you lived here....
Step inside and you'll find a welcoming hallway finished in rich teal tones, with several handy storage cupboards helping to keep everyday life neatly organised. The heart of the home is the wonderfully generous open plan kitchen, dining and living space, stretching to almost thirty feet in length. Large windows and glazed doors draw in plenty of natural light, while the contemporary kitchen sits neatly to one side with sleek white cabinetry, integrated appliances and a smart tiled splashback. There's ample room for both dining and relaxing, with direct access to your private balcony, a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink overlooking the neighbourhood rooftops.
Both bedrooms are well proportioned doubles. The principal bedroom is particularly impressive, with calming green walls and a stylish en suite shower room finished in warm terracotta tones. The second bedroom is equally versatile and currently arranged as a home office and guest room. A spacious family bathroom serves the rest of the apartment, complete with a full-sized bath and contemporary fittings. Thoughtfully presented throughout, this is a home that balances practical day-to-day living with a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
What else?
Highams Park Station is just moments away, with regular Weaver line services getting you to Liverpool Street in around twenty five minutes. Walthamstow Central is only two stops away for quick connections to the Victoria line.
The neighbourhood centre around Highams Park offers an excellent mix of independent favourites including Vino Tap, The Stag & Lantern Micropub, Biba & Wren and Yaz, alongside handy everyday amenities.
Epping Forest and Highams Park Lake are both within easy walking distance, providing acres of green space, woodland walks and waterside scenery right on your doorstep.

A word from the owner...
"We fell in love with this flat the moment we saw the views. Being up high with a private balcony means we've spent countless evenings watching the city light up and it never gets old.
Day-to-day life here is genuinely easy. The station is just minutes away and the transport links are the best we've experienced anywhere in London, making the commute a breeze. Everything you need is right on the doorstep too, from great cafes to local shops.
What surprised us most was the green space. The forest is so close, and the walking paths there have become a proper weekend ritual. It's rare to feel that connected to nature while still being so central.
Practically speaking, having two bathrooms has been a complete game-changer for busy mornings, and the secure parking is something we'd never take for granted again. It's genuinely hard to find in London and gives real peace of mind.
We've loved living here and hope the next owners enjoy it just as much as we have."
