*** Vendors comments *** "From the moment we first viewed this apartment, we knew it was something special. We had actually come to see the ground floor flat, but the estate agent suggested we also take a look upstairs, saying, 'Go and have a look, you'll love it.' They couldn't have been more right.
The moment we stepped into the stunning open-plan living space, we fell in love. The apartment is flooded with natural light, and one of our favourite things has always been watching the sunlight filter through the beautiful oak tree outside, casting moving patterns of leaves across the walls. It's such a peaceful and calming setting that it's easy to forget you're living in London.
One of the biggest attractions is the location. Within just a five-minute walk you're at the vibrant Crystal Palace Triangle, with its fantastic independent cafés, restaurants and shops. We regularly visit the wonderful Greek deli and enjoy evenings at The Sourcing Table wine bar, both have become firm favourites over the years. Although you're just a short walk from everything you need, the apartment feels incredibly secluded and surrounded by greenery. It has been our sanctuary for the past six years, ever since the development was built and we've loved every minute of living here.
The apartment has been perfect for entertaining. The spacious open-plan layout means friends and family naturally gather together, and the abundance of natural light makes the whole home feel bright, airy and welcoming throughout the day. If you're a fan of houseplants, they'll absolutely thrive here, as ours certainly have!
We've also been fortunate to have wonderful neighbours who have helped create a friendly, welcoming community.
For anyone who enjoys the outdoors, the area is hard to beat. Upper Norwood Recreation Ground is just a couple of minutes away for a morning walk or run, Westow Park offers a fantastic playground for young families and Crystal Palace Park is perfect for weekend walks, picnics and exploring everything it has to offer.
This has been a truly wonderful home for us, and we hope the next owners will enjoy it just as much as we have."
