Vendor Comment: 'Valley Heights is the first place i've ever lived alone, so I knew I was looking for somewhere safe and peaceful, but with great links to the city centre. It's been absolutely perfect; the area is quiet and close to the countryside, but the 75 (probably the most reliable bus in Bristol) takes 15 minutes to get to the harbourside and stops outside the flats in both directions, so I never have to walk home alone. It's close to the train station and the airport so it's really connected, but also has a nature reserve with wildflower meadows in lieu of a back garden. The neighbours are really chill and friendly; our Whatsapp group is mostly us trying to help each other out in some way. The flat coped really well with the heatwaves because you can open all the doors and the breeze rolls in over the valley (also amazing when it's raining!). I'll miss watching the sun rise over the trees while I eat my breakfast and watching it set from my balcony in the evening'.
