About this property

"We love the look of the Maisonette with it's Victorian red brick and stone facade. Inside it feels so homely, with some nice period features, an enormous master bedroom and a huge bathroom. It's a really friendly street-we love sitting drinking coffee in the living room bay, slightly above street level, watching the world go by. Our only regret is not having added a roof terrace - you would have the most amazing views over Bristol."

    The Home

A characterful two-bedroom Victorian maisonette offered with no onward chain. The ground floor is arranged with a front living room with a bay window, wooden panelling and a ceiling rose. It is a comfortable space with storage built into the eaves. Behind this is a separate dining area which is currently being used as a third bedroom. To the rear is the kitchen with fitted units, workspace and room for the usual appliances. Upstairs are two generous double bedrooms with the master bedroom particularly large and a huge bathroom three-piece bathroom suite. The maisonette sits within an attractive Victorian building, with a red brick and stone façade and a slightly elevated position from the pavement. There is no private garden shown, but the front bay gives the living room a pleasant outlook over the street. The vendors have also noted that a roof terrace could make the most of the views across Bristol, subject to the necessary permissions. Overall this is maisonette impressive in size, in a great location and offered with no chain
