Description
Forming part of what was a commercial horticultural nursery, which was established shortly after the second world war, this secure site is located at the end of The Drive, a single track road, approximately half a mile from the Swineshead Road where there are a collection of other properties centred around Sackville Farm Aerodrome. A driveway leads to two fenced yards, and between them are two buildings. The first building, which is closest to the driveway, is a workshop building with sheet metal sides and roof, and the second building, set slightly back from the driveway, is a long glasshouse with a concrete floor.

The first yard has part-walled and fenced boundaries with a concrete surface, and the second yard has fenced boundaries with a mostly-degraded concrete surface. There are several small sheds plus two static caravans that have consented use as welfare units, i.e. To provide a worker's day shelter, not to be resided in. To the rear of the first yard is a long narrow strip of ground between the glasshouse and the boundary formed by the frame of a larger glasshouse. There is also a small area of grassland which sits behind the glasshouse and the second yard.

For the combined plots (Plot 1 and Plot 2), there is consent to store up to a total of 80 touring caravans, boats, or motorhomes with unrestricted hours access. The sale of each plot (Plot 1 and 2) will both be subject to a reciprocal covenant, restricting each plot to a total of 40 caravans, boats, or motorhomes.
