What We Love
This home offers a fantastic balance of space and practicality, with its flexible layout catering to families, professionals, or downsizers. The open-plan living area is perfect for modern lifestyles, while the additional rooms on the upper floors provide options for a home office, guest space, or extra bedrooms.
The neighbourhood is a real highlight, with Flemingate’s mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment just moments away. Beverley itself is a vibrant market town with a rich history, excellent schools, and a welcoming community. What the Owner Loves
We’ve always loved how easy it is to live here. The location is brilliant; the shops, restaurants, and train station are all within a short distance. It’s been a great rental property for us, consistently attracting tenants quickly because of its central location. After the last tenants moved out, we decided to give it a full refresh, so it’s ready for someone to move straight in without any hassle. The layout is really flexible, and the two parking spaces at the back are a big bonus.
