Situation:

Newbridge-on-Wye is a popular village situated equidistant between Builth Wells and Rhayader on the A470. The village offers a range of basic amenities including a primary school, village shop, post office and public houses. Further amenities can be found at the larger market towns of Builth Wells, Rhayader and Llandrindod Wells.

Directions:

From the Wye Bridge in Builth Wells, proceed north into Llanelwedd and, at the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A470. Continue along the A470 for approximately 5 miles before turning left onto the B4358. Take the second right-hand turning and continue to the crossroads, where you should turn left. Proceed along this road for approximately 1.3 miles, where the property will be found on the left-hand side, clearly identified by our McCartneys “For Sale” board.
