A substantial and beautifully finished four bedroom townhouse located in an ideal position, overlooking the tennis courts and with impressive sea views.

This stunning family home has been tastefully modernised and offers extensive contemporary accommodation. It has a fantastic main bedroom with two sets of doors leading out to a balcony, a dressing room and an ensuite, with four-piece suite, and bay window taking advantage of the views.

The front doors open into the 40ft. Reception hall, with door to the cloakroom and a large storage room, which also has access from the outside courtyard. The kitchen/dining/family area spans the entire right side of the property, with another entrance to a small courtyard outside. There are extensive dark grey gloss units, integrated washing machine and space for a fridge/freezer. An archway leads into the rest of the kitchen/dining area which also has dark grey gloss units with a few white matching units creating a lovely contrast, a built-in dishwasher and a Lacanche Aga-style cooker with a five-ring gas burner. From here is the family area which looks out to the garden and has a feature gas coal-burning stove. The separate utility room has matching wall and base units and a window overlooking the garden.

The first floor comprises a 20ft. Study with a full-height window offering views over the tennis courts and side aspect with sea views, this is an ideal space for a craft/hobby room as it is filled with an abundance of light. There is a good size sitting room which opens to a further snug with a window overlooking the front and a decorative fireplace. The sitting room also has a gas burning stove and doors leading out to a balcony, again taking full advantage of the beautiful views. To complete the first floor is a bedroom and shower room with shower, basin and WC.

The second floor is home to the master suite which has two sets of double doors leading out to another balcony. There is an opening to a generous dressing room fitted with nine built-in Hammonds wardrobes with storage above, and a window overlooking the front. The ensuite bathroom is approximately 21ft in length, has a WC and vanity unit to one end, a walk-in shower, and a large concealed bath with tiles and a central mixer tap. It also has a fantastic bay window which, again takes advantage of the views. There is also a further bedroom and contemporary bathroom, with bath, basin and WC.

The accommodation is completed by the top floor bedroom, which again has panoramic views with a small balcony from which to enjoy them.
This deceptively spacious property has two small courtyards, one which leads to a storage room and one with access to the kitchen. A tiered rear garden has a lower area which is paved and steps which lead up to a lawned area. There is seating space to the left and a low-level brick wall which runs as a feature on one side, leading up to a stunning water feature. There is a breeze hut, which the current owner has noted they will be leaving, which is a quirky circular hut with seating and heating centrally in the middle.
