We brought Blackbird Place 12 years ago as proud first time buyers. Within that time we have gone from a married couple to parents. Happy memories have been made here. We feel the property is ideal for first time buyers or new families considering the safe and friendly area. Jennetts Park has a wonderful community feel, with jp nursery/primary school and community centre at the heart. So many opportunities to meet friendly people with fitness classes and the recent addition to the coffee shop only 4 minutes walk away. We are spoilt with access to open green spaces with the Meadows and Woodland walks on our doorstep too. The property is situated in a quiet part of the development and we are very lucky to have the best neighbours either side of us. We’d love to stay as we will miss this special community but we have now outgrown Blackbird place.

Blackbird Place sits within Jennett’s Park, a really popular development known for its green spaces and community feel. Peacock Meadow is just around the corner for walks and outdoor time, and the Peacock Farm pub is a favourite local spot for food and drinks. You’ve also got convenient access to the A329 and M4 for commuting, while Bracknell town centre is only a short drive away for shops, restaurants and the train station.

With the back of the house being South-West facing, what we really liked about this home, is how much light you get in here. The living room at the back is a great size and having the double doors out on to the garden is a nice bonus. Also, having the garage and parking to the side we feel is a big benefit.
