We have owned the property since built. It is situated in a mature, quiet setting, a short drive from Bracknell station and the Lexicon shopping centre, with the M4 easily accessible. Comprising of only 6 apartments and having a secure entrance you will quickly feel at home and with good sized rooms, a spacious bathroom and ensuite we think prospective buyers could live here very happily and enjoy all that is on offer in this lovely area.

Area Comments...
Beech Court is tucked away in a convenient location, giving easy access to the A329M and M4, as well as both Bracknell and Wokingham town centres. It’s a great spot for commuters, while still feeling nicely tucked away from the busier roads. Binfield itself remains a really popular village setting, with a good mix of local amenities, green space and a strong community feel.

What stood out to us here was the sense of space as soon as we walked in. The layout works really well, especially with the open plan living area and the added bonus of two bathrooms. We also really like how private the setting feels, and the development itself looks incredibly well kept, which always says a lot. Being sold with no onward chain and vacant possession is another big plus, as it should make for a nice straightforward move for the next owner.
