Owner Insight
"Harbour Lights has been in our family for over thirty years. The arrival of grandchildren takes us away from this lovely house. The most striking aspect is the ever changing sea views. Sitting in the conservatory or on the balcony we have enjoyed watching the fishing boats, the sailing dinghies and the summer ferry crossing the bay. When the moon is reflected on the sea it is truly magical and watching the sun come up is a real pleasure.
We love the short walks through the woods to the hidden gems of Cockington Country Park and the beaches at Hollacombe and Preston.
We will miss living here and are sure that any future owners will find the house a fantastic place to live."
