Notes from the owner.....

'I bought Apartment 2,12 Osiers Road as my first home in 2023, and from the moment I viewed it, I fell in love with both the property and the surrounding area. It has been the perfect first home. I initially moved in with a friend who rented the second bedroom, and a year later my friend moved out and my partner moved in. Having the second bedroom has been wonderful, giving us plenty of space to host friends and family when they visit.

The flat is modern and spacious with a clean, contemporary feel that makes it easy to make your own. Over the past three years, one of the things i've appreciated most has been the strong sense of community within the building. Whether it's neighbours kindly taking in parcels or helping out through the residents' group chat, everyone has always been friendly and supportive. The location is fantastic: Wandsworth Town Station is just a short walk away and is surrounded by great cafés and brunch spots, while East Putney Station is also easily accessible. Wandsworth Park and the river are nearby too, providing the perfect setting for walks, runs and time outdoors. Having a Sainsbury's right on the doorstep has also been incredibly convenient for day to day living.

This apartment has given me so many happy memories, and I genuinely couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking for a first home.'
