A personal note.
We’ve had the pleasure of living in Goose Acre for the last 20 years, bringing our two sons up into fine young people with help from the local schools, sports clubs and college in Watford.
Enjoying the peaceful surroundings, walking the boys to Ley Hill primary school, sometimes through the fields and woods in the summer, sometimes cycling and walking.
We’ve also taken advantage of the Chesham met line being so close. Whether that’s walking through the fields in summer to work in London, or along the road to the town, or a short taxi journey. It’s offered us a very convenient way to travel. Our allocated parking allows us to arrive home and always have space that’s ours.
Goose Acre is a quiet residential estate and no through road. The end of Goose Acre takes you out into the sprawling Chiltern fields and the views are beautiful.
The next owner of 71 will no doubt love it as much as we have. We’ve grown as a family in the home, and the home has grown with us and with comfort.
The house, the road and the village life has been everything we needed and wanted whilst living in Ley Hill village near Chesham
