The location has been our favourite part of living here, with a strong sense of community, friendly neighbours, local events, and numerous park activities including park run and tennis. We’ve made lasting friendships and will be sad to leave. The area also offers great independent cafés, restaurants, the infamous Brockley Market, creating a vibrant yet relaxed, village-like atmosphere.

With multiple nearby stations offering excellent London commuting access (via overground, Thameslink and South Eastern to name a few) - we can be at London Bridge in just 12 minutes, making this an ideal spot for balancing city life with a calmer home environment.

The bedroom set up is flexible, with a quiet double bedroom overlooking the garden, while the front reception room can also be used as a second double bedroom.
