Information from the manager -
There is a communal lounge, laundry, and refuse room on site. Also a guest suite, which can be booked via myself for leaseholders and their visitors. At a cost of £30 for 1 person per night, or £35 for 2 people per night. It is also possible for Leaseholders to book guest suites in other Firstport Managed Developments around the country.
Prospective buyers are allowed to bring pets with them into the property, but permission must be sort during the sale process with Estates & Management.
Parking for Leaseholders is on a first come first served basis, so potential buyers will need to be aware that parking off site maybe required at times. There is also an outside car park management company in place, requiring all visitors parking vehicles in the car park, to register car registrations on the ipad inside the reception area, to avoid being fined (Leaseholders registrations are added to the system so don’t have to do this if living in the building).
