Sellers Remarks

Brought to preserve by its current owner, over 36 years ago, this little piece of Derbyshire has remained untouched for decades.

Once within the fields boundary’s, you start to understand why.

Bordered by rolling Derbyshire countryside and surrounded by stone walls, time stands still.

Located quietly on the doorstep of the villages of Middleton & Youlgrave, it has both Bakewell & Hartington just a ten minute ride away. A unique plot that stands proudly.

Historic Industrial heritage from pervious quarry generations faded - time has allowed nature to claim back what was always hers.

Flora & fauna embedded over the last 200 yrs this setting is a complete escape from the modern world, needing parking and a sympathetic pathway calved through the brambles you’ll find yourself captivated with country views, fresh air, adjacent farm animals & bird song for company.

This is a rare opportunity to buy something really special, switch off within and enjoy.
