It is within walking distance of all the facilities in the town centre with South Street being about 200 yards away via the Lade Braes Footpath and Louden Close. There is vehicular access to the house from Kinnessburn Road via Fleming Place.

The Lade Braes Footpath continues west to the Cockshaugh Park where it joins the Pilgrims Way which leads out into the countryside. Directions
