i’ve loved living in my first home over the past five years. The location has been ideal being just a short walk to Reading Town Centre and the train links into London, while also being close to a great selection of shops and amenities in South Reading. The area has its own hidden gems too. The River Kennet is just a couple of minutes away, offering some nice riverside walks and runs that lead out toward the countryside.

We really like the amount of space this house offers, especially with the additional room in the loft which gives you plenty of flexibility depending on how you want to use it. It’s also a blank canvas, so there’s a great opportunity here for someone to come in and put their own stamp on it. Being sold with no onward chain makes it an even easier move for the next owner.
