A broadly rectangular block of around 4.92 acres (stms) of grassland. Previously used for horse grazing the land is in a rural location surrounded by woodland on three sides and is accessed via a metal gate off New Road.

The land is located near the River Waveney and Norfolk Broads around a mile north of Fritton.

All persons viewing should be aware that they enter the site entirely at their own risk.
