Spacious Detached Home In A Prime Location Near Eaton Park, Uea And The Hospital

Agent’s Comments

If location is high on your list, this one is definitely worth a look.

You’re in a really convenient spot here - just a short distance from the University of East Anglia and the hospital, and at the end of the road you’ve got direct access into Eaton Park. Whether it’s a morning walk, a run, or somewhere to unwind, it’s right on your doorstep.

You’re also within easy reach of the city centre, so you’ve got everything you need close by.

The house itself feels light and spacious, with plenty of flexibility depending on how you want to live.

Upstairs you’ve got three good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom, while downstairs there’s an extra room that could work as a fourth bedroom, a dining room, or even a home office if you work remotely.

Outside, there’s a driveway for easy parking and a really good-sized rear garden - perfect if you enjoy outdoor space or just want somewhere to relax.

It’s a home that could suit lots of different buyers - whether you’re looking for a family home, somewhere convenient for work, or even something you could use again as a student let.

And with no onward chain, you’re not waiting around - you can move when you’re ready.

Vendor Comments

We originally bought the property for our daughter while she was studying in Norwich, as the location felt ideal - close to everything she needed, safe, and really convenient for day-to-day life.

After she finished university, we decided to keep the property as an investment, and it has worked brilliantly as a student let. It’s always been in demand, which really shows how popular the location is.

The current tenants have enjoyed it so much that they’ve stayed on in Norwich, now working in the city centre and walking to work, which says a lot about the lifestyle this area offers.

It’s been a really reliable and versatile home for us over the years - whether for family use or as an investment - and now feels like the right time for someone else to make the most of it, either as a home of their own or a ready-made investment.
